The Oath Keepers, Roger Stone, Alex Jones, & the Bundys (Stone has a secret Oath Keepers friend)

Earlier this week, the Department of Justice filed seditious conspiracy charges against Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the paramilitary group called the Oath Keepers, and ten other members of the group in connection with the events of January 6. With the news came speculation that the charges might spell trouble for political consultant Roger Stone, a longstanding ally of former President Trump, because two of the indicted Oath Keepers had reportedly worked for Stone as body guards. Stone was also photographed with members of the Oath Keepers on both January 5 and January 6.



But Stone’s ties to the Oath Keepers go back further than this. As reported in the Washington Post, the photo below shows Oath Keepers posing with Roger Stone at a book signing at a conservative coffee shop in Largo, Florida. The photo was posted on Facebook on December 15, 2020. The woman in the photo is Oath Keeper Connie Meggs, wife of Oath Keeper Kelly Meggs, who talked about killing Nancy Pelosi before the insurrection, and then appeared to try to hunt her down during the insurrection.
Moreover, the man with the red tie walking behind Roger Stone in the December 11, 2020, photo below is Joseph O’Shaughnessy who reportedly “views himself as a captain within the Oath Keepers militia.” I received the photo and much of the other information in this article from Twitter researcher @LeaLovesUSA (“Lea”), a former crime intelligence analyst.
